Worked through v,4.0, but 100% ineffective for v.11.0. Really too bad because Facebook is little more than a virus that continues to infect my browsing experience. And as long as there is absolutely no support, not interested any longer.
I would give it 5 stars if not for one bug....the downloader does not work with a handful of themes, with my favorite theme being one of them.
Currently using FF v. 11.0 and maybe it would work with every theme in a different version of FF, but it is stated in the Addons Manager it is compatible with all versions through 15.*
I imported the settings my to Win 7 laptop, but it does not respond to my settings. It is not unusual for there to be 7 tabs open for the same site, just a different page on the site. I max out all three rows on the tabbar nearly every time I'm on the internet. Why TMP has decided to open a new tab for every link I click is beyond me. If there was an update that I was unaware of, please roll back to the way it was or fix it. I'm seriously thing about Disabling it until it's fixed. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.0.3).
Handiest functions for me are for filling in credit card numbers, usernames and passwords. Using FF v.3.6.8 but literally being forced to upgrade as some sites require the newer version of FF or all recommending Chrome. Checking out the FF releases and the first one where Informenter is compatible, that's the one I'll install. If there isn't one, I will not upgrade.
Just the perfect add-on to make filling in any form, especially Login info, so simple (unless you love typing the same things over and over again).
The most indispensable of all add-ons. While Firefox does a nice job remembering usernames and passwords, InformEnter does that as an appetizer. Personal information (even credit card numbers for pizza ordering, etc) that we use all the time online can be safely saved without losing it due to clearing histories, cache or cookies. I would use Chrome if it weren't for the fact that InformeEnter doesn't support Chrome. I've read some of the reviews and frankly, some people are just ridiculous. InformEnter isn't perfect (to satisfy everybody's wishes), but it's as close to the perfect add-on as there is.
Developers of InformEnter.....Please make this available on Chrome.
As a user since kang created it through the great work and commitment by Sailfish, just want to say thanks for resurrecting what I think is the best theme ever created. I don't think people understand what an undertaking this is especially when you're trying to make EVERYBODY happy!!! Again, thanks!
BTW: Is your username 1111?
Nothing can beat the original Skypilot. Only theme I ever use. Flying Machine is a suitable knockoff if you've got FF 3.0 or greater. Does seem to be a little dark in the dropdown menus and tabs. All in all, not too bad.
