Love it. I had high hopes for PDF.js back when it was first announced/in heavy development. I haven't found a PDF yet that this doesn't handle well. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.2.361.1-signed.1-signed).

I love diigo, but is there a technical reason that this version of the plugin doesn't work with the latest beta of Fx4.0?This review is for a previous version of the add-on (184.108.40.206).

Good attempt, but, as others have said, it would be good to be compatible with Gmail's location of the Archive folder. I get around this by specifying it, but now that I have a couple of Gmail account this no longer works (one personal, one work).
The other stuff is good, but really, adding this should be near the top of the TODO list.
