Works for me. Rated 5 out of 5 stars
The previous reviewer was unable to install this add-on, but it works fine for me.
The primary difference between this and Pure URLs is that the latter lets you add to the list of tracking elements removed, while (as of this version 0.9.0) Clean URLs does not.

It's nice to see a WebExtension one could point to as a replacement for the likes of Self-Destructing Cookies!
If this add-on could remove cookies by name instead of only by domain, it would be a perfect replacement for CookieCuller. I haven't managed to find another add-on that can remove cookies in this way. (It can remove individual cookies on browser start or on-demand, even if their domain is otherwise whitelisted by Firefox's native cookies manager.)
A toolbar button might be a nice feature to add to make on-demand access a little quicker.

I've been looking for a WebExtension replacement for Pure URL https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/pure-url/ in case it's not ported before the removal of legacy add-ons in Firefox 57 and thought this might be the one. I don't see anywhere to add my own URL parameters. Nor do I see a list of default parameters, so there's no way to know what's actually being removed without going to GitHub to look at the source. This might be fine for coders but isn't ideal for average users.
I realize this is version 0.1 though, so I look forward to further development!

This functionality has been sorely missing from dA's shoutbox for a long time. This extension is easy to use, and very helpful if you spend a lot of time chatting in the Shoutbox. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.5.9).
