NASA Night Launch

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

A pitch black theme that is too noisy (in a visual sense)? Doesn't make any sense. Everything is black or dark grey, wtf?

Explain why you think it's a mess instead of wasting your own (and our) time.

Thanks to the author. Whenever I come back to FF this is the one theme I always rely on. Easy on the eyes :)

Even after making several about:config tweaks myself, Firefox is now even faster, noticeably so. Thanks!

Javascript Command

Suits me :) Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Handy little app for testing code on the fly. Just starting to build my own extensions and it's a real time saver being able to test the javascript within Firefox. Thanks.

Handy! Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Handy little extension. Brings back memories of Opera's 'Open URL' function. All I'm missing is 'Paste and Go'!

It's easy to add your own engines. Simply edit the search.js and menu.js in the installation folder -

The folder above is in your Firefox folder somewhere, in My Documents. Just run a search for it.

I changed 'i'm feeling lucky' to ordinary Google search in 2 minutes and added another. Bear in mind I have zero programming knowledge.

'respect my privacy'. If you can't be bothered then email me at gavin.19 @ and i'll send you the edited files with Amazon added.

Thanks a lot to the original author!!

Context Search

Context Search Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Thanks, handy little app.\r\n\r\nIn response to \'respect my privacy\'. I was looking for exactly the extension you referred to as it is something I missed from Opera. It is a very basic app (no offense author), and it is easily edited to your needs.\r\n\r\nIf you go to the folder \'{a4ffd900-48b6-11db-b0de-0800200c9a66}\\chrome\\content\'\r\nin your Firefox extensions folder you will find menu.js and search.js. These two can easily be edited to change/add search engines.\r\n\r\nGiven that Context Search is much more complex, and the fact that I have no programming knowledge at all, I was unable to add the \'Open URL\' function to this app. Hopefully the author will add it sometime before I do it myself :)
