It should be included in Firefox Rated 5 out of 5 stars
How many of you have dealt with people in forums saying: "My Firefox crashed! what's the problem?"
Well now, here's a nifty little tool that will help novice users get the help they ask for, and advanced users to keep their sanity since most of the novice users provide little to none detail about their configuration at the time of the crash.
Crash Report Helper can detect the reason your Firefox crashed (based on the generated crash report) if it's an add-on or plugin - which is a VERY usual case - and tell you which specific add-on or plugin caused it!
Can it get more simple than that?
Novice users don't have to follow "cryptic" steps, mess with safe mode and the frustration it can create or anything, they just have to disable/uninstall/upgrade the specific add-on/plugin CRH indicates and fix it.
Experienced users can conveniently get the crash report data they need to report problems to add-on developers, and people who are trying to help users with no technical background in forums can get all the details they need by asking them to install this addon and follow simple steps.
Thumbs up mate!
