    simple, good. been using for a while. recently started getting "Download Failed" in Firefox when trying to download videos. It ended up being the DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials add-on blocking the download. I have to disable DuckDuckGo Privacy essentials for YouTube to use this. Also have Privacy Badger Add-On and that one does NOT have to be disabled to use YouTube Downloader.

    ** Creator is a fraud! ** Download speed with this addon is about 64Kbyte per sec, when the same link downloaded with online downloaders have the download speed of 3Mbytes per second!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Downloads are atrociously slow, like, 65kb/s slow. Others have complained about this app installing malware. I'm not bothering with this. The only reason I even tried was because my previous YouTube downloader stopped working.

    was good until few days ago,now gets to dload folder n file name then says "Download Failed".

    "Last updated
    7 months ago (Jun 1, 2021)" guessing its broken/abandoned now.

    This is my favorite tool for downloading YouTube videos. It's reliable & user-friendly. Love how it cleans up the name of the video, by replacing spaces with dashes. I'm old school where file names should not have spaces.
