Respecting users' privacy is of paramount importance to YourVersion. Read this document to learn about personally identifiable information that YourVersion collects and how it may be used. If you have any questions please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
1. Information Collected
The term "personally identifiable information" means any information that may be used to identify you. The personally identifiable information we collect is limited to your email address.
In addition, we may also collect "traffic data", such as your IP address, information about your use of our website and services, referring URL, access times, and browser type. We may use such information to help diagnose problems with our servers and analyze trends.
2. User Consent
If you are using the YourVersion browser Toolbar, the Toolbar may transmit to YourVersion's servers the URLs of the pages you view. The Toolbar has an on/off button and only transmits URLs when it is on. The Toolbar does not transmit any URLs for secure pages (pages beginning with https).
In addition, the YourVersion Toolbar also provides a private domain list. This list allows you to specify domains for which you do not want any URLs transmitted. The list of private domains is stored locally in your browser and YourVersion does not view or access your private domain list.
5. Email Communications
By using the YourVersion product, you are opting to receive communications from us. We will not share your email address with third parties. If you no longer wish to receive email notifications when your friends share items with you, you may opt out. If you have previously opted out and would now like to opt in you may opt in.
Our service is intended solely for persons 13 years of age and older. If you are under the age of 13 you may not access or use our service. By using our service you represent and warrant to us that you are 13 years of age or older.

Our service may contain links to other websites and software. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these websites or software. Please visit the privacy policies of these third party sites to understand their privacy and information collection practices.
8. Disclosures Required by Law
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information when we believe in good faith that an applicable law, regulation, or legal process requires it, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect or enforce our rights or the rights of another user.
