Welcome to Bioshock- credit 2 harvey by arch4190

The first thing I thought of for a persona was a Welcome to Rapture sign. When I checked, the only one wasn't done right, so I made my own. A day later I saw harvey had fixed it, but I'm still submitting mine because it's a little different. (his is centered on the area to the right of the toolbar, mines centered over the page)
