an excellent!! extension for web developers (or anyone learning/understanding) code ... being a cheap b*stard & a warez thief, I rarely buy software, but I made this an exception and it was worth every cent ... (besides, it was cheap to buy - excellent value!)
Excellent. Where to I pay? I need for FF3. Wish the updater had warned me BEFORE the update actually took place. I would not have updated. I'll buy it for FF3, if it's available.
the FF3 version is not free, costs $10.
This is true. I\'m trying to raise money to purchase my own computer. That way I can continue to update this extension.
This is, overall, an excellent extension for web developers. It's a pitty it doesn't work for FF3.
What's it's license? Haven't found any information related to that, and I wouldn't mind tweaking it to make it work under FF3.
Great extension. I switched to FF3, however, and will definitely miss it.
Duplicate closing tags will not show up in the code. It seems that this chart ignores duplicate tags it can not make a match to. Making it difficult to test errors.
Thought it was cool you can expand/collapse areas of the code that you want to ignore or see in detail.
****Does not work for 3.0, would like a new version please!!****
Firefox corrects the duplicate tags, not View Source Chart. See the description for more info.
Real housewives write extensions, indeed. Please update this for FF3 so us real housewives can write other stuff as well!
I have an app that I am working on that has frames and the guts of the form is built dynamically from data passed back from the server. I tried using View Generated Source from the Web Development add-on however this showed the source for the main frame document not the frame I was interested in. This is a great add-on. the representation of the rendered source is cool. Thanks.
I like this add-on because of how it gives each tag a different color. Making it easier for people who are just learning HTML. Please update for Firefox 3.
This is incredibly useful for many people and thus NEEDS to be updated for the new Firefox.
This is for the sake of all people working on the Tim Tang Test...
Yes, please update it! It's too useful to do without in FF3!
It's an excellent add-on!
I just feel quite disappointed that I purchased the "full" version from Jennifer but there is no possibility of updating it. I mailed Jennifer about that but received no answer...
Apparently to update to the newer version presented on her webpage (currently 2.8) I need to spend another 10$ which I find quite unfair...
Anyone experienced the same situation?
Please get this up for FireFox 3. I have come to depend on this extension!
Hello, I love this but it doesn't work with my Firefox 3 :( Please update it!! Thanks!
The only addons I've been waiting for Firefox 3.
Developer please update this addon ASAP.
Don't change a thing, but make it work for Firefox 3, and later Firefox 4
I love this extension. It allows me to easily view source code in order to diagnose typos and other errors. However, I have had to stop using it since it does not work with new versions of Firefox 3 (beta). Please development further!!!
This is a sweet tool for web developers!!! I love it. Helps me view code to diagnose issues!
Keep the good work, because this extension is helps me a lot!
I am really excited, when will be come the version for FF 3, because now i am using the FF3 Rc1. The old version of ff eat too much memory.
Here is a request or idea also:
That would be very great, if view source chart could help me to show where is a missing div or table close tag, etc...
Bloody fantastic for any web developer. It makes it so easy to work out where you have a missplaced tag, or just analysing the design of a website. Compulsory for any CSS guru.
Very nice extension, I've been using it for quite some time now. Much easier to see changes to the source after it has been modified by JS.
I'm working on a ton of dynamic pages right now and my eyes were burning looking at the source results.
Love how I can collapse blocks to more clearly see the architecture without content clutter.
One of the best extensions ever - makes trawling through source easy - desperatly waiting for a FF3 version.
Real housewives write extensions. Killer extensions, that is.
Great tool for inspecting div hierarchies and innerHtml sections. Keep up the good work...
