My Name Is Metaknightsrevenge and I have yet to see any problems with the program it kicks.

I used to love this add-on. Ever since I switched to Windows 7 and Firefox 3.5 I've had nothing but problems. Youtube freezes ALL the time. Download helper does not display quality levels anymore (18, 35, 22, etc.) And there's pretty much no information on how to correct this.

I would have rated it a 10 before... I down to like a 2.

Works like a wonder. I tried many non-free products and none worked as well as this one. Before paying for a similar product go ahead and install DownloadHelper!!

Download helper is a great addon, i like it, but it has one bad thing.... it prevents to load the youtube links. For example if i'm watching one video in youtube and going to open another link, sometimes, you can't load the link (go to new video page). It always says loading... but never goes to the page. It is frustrating.
I don't know why it happens. But it is a fact. I tested it on 5 different systems.

I recommend this product to all of my friends. An absolute must have for anyone who surfs the web.

It is not clear what exactly mnc54 mean by "doesn't run CCleaner any more",
very strange. I use options by default and can tell you that for me all running fine:

My External Application Options is:

Command: C:\Program Files\CCleaner\CCleaner.exe
Arguments: /auto

don't even have to enter these parameters manually, everything is done automatically,
as Click&Clean will automatically determine where CCleaner is installed and sets
the installation path accordingly, wow!

This is such a great add-on I would make a donation to support it if I could afford to. Instead I will just write this review in support of it. Not only is this more convenient then using a web based tube-downloader, it also works great for batch downloading images and other media files. If you find yourself in a gallery or list of images rather than click through and download each individually you can just choose the "download all links to media files" option. This is a great tool.

I really wanted to save this video message someone sent me on Facebook and after trying 3 other add-ons (which would only save if it was not a video message) this one finally worked.

I think it is a super download tool. The download times given by programme are usually a long way off and download times slow, I am not complaining though as is a very good tool to have. I have donated some money. Intend to donate some more.

I was trying to make a donation to download helper but, unfortunately, it only works through Paypal and I refuse to use them due to their shitty customer services. Excellent add-on by the way.

Seems to work ok, still playing with it..

This extension is good in theory, but not in practice. I don't like thinking that I will be able to download something for 30 seconds but only have it go away. And what it detects is not the video. It is only the name of the page that you can download and that's it.

I don't want such a bad extension on my system. Especially one this frustrating that can't even detect video. You would think with video in the title it might be able to do what it claims and detect video. Since it works so badly, I'm guessing it's probably the problem I've been having with firefox not working correctly lately, come to think of it, since I installed this.

Wish I could give this one a negative 5 sadly I had to give it a 1.
