Fantastic resource and many thanks to the developer. This add-on has been so easy to use and was integral in allowing me to download some training videos that I needed to come back to later when I was not online. Highly recommend this add-on as you don't realize how useful it is until you've used it a few times.

There is no way to get in touch with them after they get your $ for the downloadhelper's license on conversions. I have tried numerous ways. They got my $28.50 from paypal but there is no way to show them my paypal receipt and they say they have no record of the transaction. {:< I am sad because I have loved the add-on till wanting to upgrade it. They fleece 1,000 's for their $28.50. Just imagine the hoard they make and put in no work because they don't even have to deal with you after getting your hard earned money. I am always Leary, but let my enthusiasm get the best of me and with such a great browser as Firefox is I never imagined this scenario. Don't get fleeced by them and pass the word on. Respect to all,Peace!

This program saves a lot of time and tedium. It results in less fatigue in the carpal tunnel and gives you way more time to surf. You may actually try to learn something new with the surfing time gained by using video download helper. Or maybe email your Mom. Or finally get started on that novel! You'll wonder why this wasn't on your list of add-ons a lot sooner.
