When I try save something from yourtube, for example, I don't know what I download. Each time I download all of them and only after I choose the best.

For the first time on the web i see a multiply download option.
Just click & clack, and there it is, 50 videos, or jpegs, or whatever, just with one click.
Send the tormenting with the "right click, save as" into the history!
