I see mixed reviews here and there saying it doesn't work for some users but for me at least this thing has never failed to work for as long as I've used it. I would recommend it. And buying a license for it was basically a must for me with how many videos I save on a regular basis plus it's pretty cheap.

Have just changed to Linux Mint..Prior to this I used IDM. No problems so far with DH.

Was working before I paid for premium, now it doesn't work at all despite following all the steps to correct this.

Always says "Waiting for media..." and cannot download videos, even when you force media detection. In other words, doesn't work at all.

It breaks on a regular basis.

It works about 1 out of 20 times. Also you can only download 1 video in 2 hours without paying for the plugin. Are you really expecting me to pay for the virtually not working thing? Pathetic.

This has been a life saver for saving digital media that I have paid for

Downloads some videos that 4k and Real don't detect, but VDH doesn't detect everything itself, so they're good compliments to one another. The resolution and format options are more extensive and easier to use than the cheap Real plan.

Just perfect!
