I've found earlier version to be a little problematic, mainly with the "Companion App." However, as with most computer programmes they take a while to settle-in and it can take some time to discover the nuances needed to get the most out if them. Now that "Video Download Helper" has fully integrated itself, I cannot rate it highly enough. If you wish to download .mp4 as well as other video formats this programme has rarely let me down.
