When your Facebook News Feed contains items such as "John Doe read an article", the article link often redirects you to a "social reader" app install request, which will access your personal information and post on your timeline.
This extension provides a right-click menu item: "Unsocialize", which will open the linked article in a new tab, bypassing the install request and any other tracking metrics.
It also works for some other types of links (e.g. Viddy videos, Socialcam links), and also can be used to bypass tracking of clicks on regular links, too.
*Known exceptions*: Does not work for Washington Post Social Reader links. They are much more challenging. I am working on it.
