I've "right clicked" on it to try and get to said options but the options category doesn't appear to be there, just seems to be a place to follow their yt channel, pay them, and leave reviews, so here I am.

In Firefox they removed the "Options" button in the right-click menu on the extension icon.
However, you can get the Turn Off the Lights Options page in 3 ways.
A) When you are on a website such as www.youtube.com or www.google.com, click 2X on the gray lamp button. A mini-setting panel shows up, and here you see a button "Options". That will open the Turn Off the Lights Options page.

B) Open your Firefox addon page:
about:addons
Then search for "Turn Off the Lights", and click on the ... (3 dots) icon. And in this menu choose the item "Preferences".
Now you see the Turn Off the Lights Options page.
C) If you are on the default Firefox new tab, and you see the grid of few icons. That includes Donate, Rate, YouTube, etc. You will also an icon "Options" => that will open also the Turn Off the Lights Options page. Here on that page, you can customize the Turn Off the Lights Firefox extension to your personal touch.
