Yes, it works. Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Oops. Sorry, I tested 1.0.3 by mistake.
Yes, font-increasing works like a charm in 1.0.4. This instant updating is a cool feature.
Also this idea with FreeDictionary and Wikipedia is a great one, thanks a lot. But I couldn't figure out how to close the pop-up window with FreeDictionary and Wikipedia info. I don't see any close buttons there, and clicking on the background doesn't do anything.
Update: Ok, I got it. All I needed to do was to click the Tranquility button on the addon panel. Anyway, I think this should be more intuitive like clicking on the background, for example. )
Thanks for the feedback. You can hide the panel by either using Ctrl+Alt+W or Ctrl+Alt+D (the keyboard shortcuts should toggle that panel) too.
I'll work on the background click next; that is a good idea and I saw a similar comment from you for another addon review. So, I already have that on my list of things to do (will also get working on the custom background image shortly).
Update: I've submitted version 1.0.5 for preliminary review that hides the wikipedia/freedictionary panel when you click anywhere on the document outside the panel. You may have to wait a couple of days for the update to get approved and pushed.
Good Job. Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Thanks for the update. Somehow increasing of the text doesn't work for me. The text stays the same no matter what size I choose in the settings. Using Firefox 10. Right now I'm downloading Firefox 7.0.1 to see if it will work there.
Update: Nope. The same. No effect.
Update 2: Don't want to upset you, but font increasing\decreasing still doesn't work.
Thanks TiRANiD for catching this bug. A small bug prevented the font changes from taking effect. I have now submitted a fix for preliminary review.
In addition, preference changes in the next version (1.0.4) will be instantaneous (across all tabs with content in the tranquility mode).
Re: Update(2): Would you please confirm you have updated to 1.0.4? I have tested on Firefox 7.0.1, 9.0 and 10.0 and the font changes are automatic for me. Maybe there is something specific to the OS/website. If you don't mind can you share the information of the OS/website that you have problems with? Also, please check your firefox options/preferences advanced font settings to make sure that your default font family/size setting are not set up to override the page settings. That might also be the reason why you changes are not taking effect.
Looks good. Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Very good. Some options needed, like "font-size", "width of the article", "background image change". But still 5 stars so far.
Update: Thanks! Thumbs up. :D
Update 2: Good job. Font-size could be more configurable, though. Not only up to 24px. Up to 48px or 64px would be fine.
Don't want to rush things but automatic scrolling is needed to. )
Thanks for the feedback TiRANiD. I've submitted the next version with font family / font name options in the preferences window for preliminary review. I have added width of the article and background image changes to my todo list.
Feb 01 update: added more font-sizes in preferences as requested.
