- Rated 1 out of 5by Alfado, 18 days agoAbsolute garbage. the customer service is non existent and canceling a subscription is next to impossible. The online FAQ just keeps redirecting to itself and any link to do their "live chat" is fake. The advertised 24/7 customer support is a lie and you'll be asked 3 times to fill out a survey about why you want to cancel just to be again redirected to the FAQ. Email is the only way to get even a automated response just to again be linked to the FAQ and a survey.

- Rated 4 out of 5by cexv, a month agoWorks fine in Private mode, but when you exit this mode it retains the VPN in the normal browser mode. Therefore every secure website kicks you out because it does not accept you're not in your own country. The solution should be when exiting the VPN quits BOTH modes.
