Must-have for privacy-concerned users.

One thing: the author could make it more clear in description that this add-on will not touch a user's history or bookmarks. That would be helpful as Firefox will prompt, upon installation, that the add-on requires permission to alter the user's history. But that's only because the APIs to delete local storage reside on the same branch as the endpoints for history removal...

I seldom restart my browser and so, as such, StoragErazor is not so useful..... yet ? ;)
Thanks for your idea and time!
Developer responseposted 3 years agoThe addon does not do anything to single websites, it removes all IndexedDB data at once. The addon is not aware how many websites stored their data there. The method it uses to delete the data did not take single websites as an option when it was created. Though maybe that changed or changes in the future. Then the addon may get updated.
Or perhaps I will add an option to periodically clear the data. Like you I also rarely restart the browser.
