Greatest thing since Prism! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is great! I've been looking for a way to bring app shortcuts to Firefox since the demise of Prism. Thanks!

I've been searching for an extension like this. Now the WhatsApp Web client runs from my Ubuntu Gnome desktop. If only there was a way get notifications working.

Works very well on Ubuntu Linux 14.04 with Unity.
A tip for rob5 and others who are interested to userstyle the website:
Create a folder named chrome inside the *.default-directory. Put there a file called userContent.css with following content:
@-moz-document domain(example.org) {
/*Put your styles here */
}

Good add-on. I was looking for an equivalent to Chrome's Application Shortcut feature. This is it.

Some of my plugins like the program for Battlefield/Battlelog aren't working with this. And my extensions don't seem to work with it either. Last Pass doesn't autofill and such.

It's been a long time I am seeking for something similar. I can turn my own webapp into real desktop app. Perfect

Only got one problem : how to get rid of sec_error_unknown_issuer error when trying to connect ssl with self-signed certificate ?

Wonderful add-on !
Was waiting for that feature in Firefox.

On linux (XFCE and plank dock) with 2 standalone apps : both apps (for example flickr & facebook) use the same dock entry (first launched)

Works well on Linux. It could be improved by customizing the .desktop file with a better icon instead of the favicon and changing the webapprt-stub executable name to something more specific to the site.

Excellent webapp-to-launcher for Ubuntu unity Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I was able to create standalone apps for facebook messenger and c9.io ACE editor IDE, they work perfectly!
Would like to have it show notifications in Unity launcher bar but the way it is now is absolutely fine!

Exactly what I was looking for since a long time...

Be aware that the page must have a favicon, otherwise no desktop app will be generated!

This was one of the main features keeping me on Chrome, so I'm *thrilled* to see it added to FF. It works well, though it took me awhile to realize that it had worked- there was no indication that anything had happened when I clicked the icon, but it did add a desktop file to ~/.local/share/applications (on Linux).

I would love to see the ability to use stylesheets. I use a lot of userstyles for apps like Twitter to make it more conducive to using as a desktop app. Looking forward to further development.

Edit: I'd also like to see the menubar done away with, since it doesn't really seem to serve any purpose other than a "quit" and a "select all" option.

Awesome Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Using it on Windows 7 for Google Translate and it's useful!
I hope in future it recognizes the icon of the web site automatically and since I don't like the add-on bar at the bottom i'd like to use Standalone otherwise (context menu or rocket icon at the top bar)

Sweet Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I was bummed when Prism died out because I used it quite a bit and I understand that this is different, but it functions similarly. I love it.

I tried it with several sites in Windows 7 (with 19.0.2 and Nightly) and it works fine.

I've always wondered though, when these links open, are my preferences and settings that are set in my default browser used/applied (permissions, cookies, etc)?

Thanks for developing this.
