End-User License Agreement

SocietyLive requires that you accept the following End-User License Agreement before installation can proceed:

<p>SocietyLive is a product of Brandon Andrews (collectively, "SocietyLive"). SocietyLive does not have the capability to review or moderate all comments but we reserve the right to remove or edit content once posted with or without notice at any time.</p>
<p> By using SocietyLive you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the text, comments, and other content that you post, publish, upload, or display through any SocietyLive ser
vice, or transmit to or share with others using SocietyLive (collectively, the "User Content"), and for the consequences of commenting, displaying, posting, publishing, sharing, or uploading any User Content.</p> <p>You understand and agree that any User Content you submit or post on SocietyLive is intended to and generally will be made public, and that once made public User Content cannot be made private again.</p> <p>You agree that you will not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of your comments. </p> <p>By Submitting or posting User Content you warrant that you will not use SocietyLive to submit, post, transmit, or share User Content that is or contains:</p>
  • defamatory or libelous statements
  • invasive of the privacy of another person
  • obscene
  • racist, homophobic, sexist, or any other form of hate-speech
  • graphically violent
  • physically threatening

  • intended for any illegal purpose
  • spam and other forms of advertisement
  • other people's personal information including but not exclusive to other people's personal contact information
  • otherwise inappropriate for a general audience
<p>Abuse of these guidelines may lead to commenting privileges and/or account being suspended.</p> <p>SocietyLive retains the right to:</p>
  • create limits on use and storage at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice

  • modify and print your comment (or an excerpt from it) on parts of SocietyLive websites, or in another form, media or technology
  • remove comments at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without notice
