Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I just created an account to thank you for this add-on. It is almost perfect.
- It would be great if there was an option to only open the selected bookmark in the bottom tree view; i.e. close any previously selected bookmarks before the next one is selected.
- Or maybe add an alternate view (tab-control) to display the full path of the selected bookmark.
- The cherry on the cake would be if you could add an option to select the bookmark within the normal tree-view. So the selected bookmark is visible when you close the search.

Is exactly what I have been looking for. Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I have been looking for this simple feature for ages.
So long that I gave up looking.
Not a full star rating, as I think it's usability could be improved.
Although I'm not quite sure how.
Maybe if it worked more like the "switch to tab" when typing in a URL?

FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT CLEAR WHERE IT WORKS. Excellent add-on. Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Here is an explanation of where this add-on works.

I had a struggle to figure out what this add-on refers to in Firefox.
I have customized my Firefox and added a button called "Display bookmarks". When I press it, it opens a sidebar at the left where I can navigate the full list of bookmarks.
It is in this area that this add-on works.
Type a keyword in the Search field. Right-click one of the search results obtained after having entered a keyword.
Then, at the bottom, you have a special area where you can easily see the hierarchy of folders where the particular bookmark result that you have selected is located.

Thanks to the developer for again this excellent add-on.

Great Tool Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Thanks for this GREAT tool !
Is it too much to ask for the tool to also find Folders of Bookmarks? It would be nice to be able to find the target folder inside a list of hundreds of bookmarks.

keep a clear overview Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Perfect to keep a clear overview of huge Libraries, deserves 5 stars. Reviews like "Not in FF4" should be deleted when a new version solves the problem.

@white Alice0775:
As you don't provide any contact address, I have to request my wishes here.
You wrote a lot of useful addons round about bookmarks. Could you devolop some new for the very annoying an mostly unuseful history (sidebar), too? I would appreciate this very. Thanks

Simple, excellent, and useful Rated 5 out of 5 stars

A useful and easy to use add-on, which is now part of my collection!

I found it has some problems in Firefox 4.0.1

Yes it does work with Firefox 4! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

WOW. This was just what I've been looking for. Before I found this add-on, I was annoyed with firefox because there was no easy way for me to determine where a searched bookmark was located. I'd have to export my bookmark to html then search the html. This add-on this is a major time saver. Thank you so much for your contribution!! BTW, this works with Firefox 4!

It's been maddening when I search for a bookmark, find it, and can't tell what folder it is in. Now I can. Thanks!

Excelente complento. Demorei para encontrá-lo. Para quem tem muitos favoritos e muitas pastas, este complemento é indispensável, pois permite encontrar entradas duplicadas.

The only thing missing is alphabetized results. Makes it harder to find what I'm looking for, especially when their are many hits.
