by Ray, 3 months agoThis is a very useful app! I hope the next updates will bring in Instagram support. Not trans, but I do loathe transphobes, so this extension is really helpful.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Kat, 2 days agoI genuinely have no recollection of installing this add-on. Googled why some links were red, found nothing, but sort of picked up that I should be careful with these if I wasn't in a good place mentally.
It finally clicked when I saw this add-on. It truly warms my heart. Thank you. - Rated 5 out of 5by KaptainCnucklz, 5 days ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by DayDreamingOtaku, a month agoI've used Shinigami Eyes across different web browsers for several years now and it's a must-have add-on for online members of the LGBTQIA+ Community. Not only does it rely on user-based reports, but it may even help curb the effects of forming parasocial relationships with online personalities/influencers. It's a great tool for people doing research via search engine since specific news sites and information outlets can also be identified as trans-friendly or otherwise pro-LGBT+.

- Rated 2 out of 5by lolothesilly, 2 months agoI'm not going to uninstall (yet) bc this plugin is somewhat helpful but there are a lot of false positives & no apparent way to contact the developer with feedback. I often see people marked as anti-trans, but going through their posts they clearly don't fit the guidelines for marking as such. This plugin needs more transparency, accountability, & oversight. Until it improves, I recommend using the plugins "Highlight This" and "Hide Items By Link" to mark the names of known/proven transphobes and block links to transphobic orgs, respectively. Be safe out there <3

- Rated 5 out of 5by sydneato, 3 months agoRegardless of the current status of this addon, it is an incredibly important resource for trans people or people such as myself who have trans friends or family members. As others have said, there are occasional false flags of trans-friendly people as being terfs but Shinigami Eyes has made my online experience much less frustrating and saddening and is therefore (for me, at least) an absolute necessity in navigating the modern internet.
