Website bzzster! is opened EVERY time the browser opens, not just upon initial installation, with no obvious way to change this (no option in the extension, website not added to list of "homepages" in Fx Options menu). While the extension appears promising, I never got a chance to try it out, as I uninstalled it immediately in order to regain control of my own browser.
defska42, this is very unusual. Can you please email me directly with details - jay at meattle dot com. I can help you troubleshoot as well. This is not intended behavior.
Excellent service-agnostic add-on that gives quick access to all the major Web 2.0 services, both for reviewing and submitting comments.
after installation of this extension, mozilla firefox (3 beta 4) compulsory open bzzster! page without permission.
Thanks for reporting this issue. The issue has been fixed with v1.4.1
This is an excellent addition to Firefox to make it more "Web 2.0." This is more efficient than having to add multiple toolbars for different social bookmarking services.
I just wish that the icon could be made into a smaller version. I always set Firefox to use the smallest toolbar icons, and use a minimalistic theme. The current icon size forces my entire toolbar to take more space.
Thanks and keep up the good work!
I absolutely LOVE this add-on. Would love to see more sites added to it (I'm seriously a shareaholic).
i like it, but my suggestion is that it should open small popups instead of new windows.
This is a nice button that gives easy submit access to digg, stumbleupon, etc. It's much easier than copy/pasting URLs, so I'll keep this one installed.
This extension allows me to bookmark a webpage into my social bookmarking accounts with just a few clicks. I have also used it to email pages to friends, a really nice alternative to copying and pasting urls. Tested on Windows with Firefox 126.96.36.199.
