CPU usage bug in v1.0.6 makes Firefox unusable Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I'm using Firefox 14.0.1 and Search By Image 1.0.6 . I turned off all the other addons and tested, the bug is definitely from this addon.

Just open some heavy sites (like news sites) in multiple tabs. You can open them all at once and wait for them to load, or just open a few then close them after they load, then open again and close, but always leaving at least one tab so that the Firefox process doesn't exit. After about 20 tabs or so you should notice that even though you close all tabs and leave just one blank tab, there is CPU usage, and it doesn't go away with time. After about 40 tabs browsed on my PC that usage is 100% with all tabs closed (except the blank one). Weirdly enough the CPU usage drops to 0 when you open the Firefox Options dialog, but then reappears when you close it.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0.6).

Thank you for reporting the problem. We have submitted a fix and it is currently pending review.

EDIT: We have just released v1.1.1 which reduces the CPU usage by this extension and improves the user experience.
