I wish that this extension would work independently as a sidebar instead and would appear on all web pages with an "auto hide" function. I don't use Web version of GMail and would love the flexibility of having my Tasks any time I need to see.

Unfortunately, this doesn't work now. Once you open the Tasks in GMail, you can't hide them anymore.

If you use Tasks in Gmail you need this extension. Originally for Chrome and Opera, I switched to Chrome just so I could use RightTasks. I emailed the developer 4 days ago about a Firefox extension and it's already here! So I'm switching back to Firefox. Thank you Ionut Colceriu!
