Great addon easy to change the rez in the options in the addon window. Also works on Windows 7 64bit. Keep up the good work guys!

Not working FF3.6.2/Windows Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I assume 'ALT+1' means pressing Alt, then 1; or Alt, +, 1 together? I tried both to no avail: no matter what, a File Open dialog pops up.
Any suggestion?

I use this add-on all the time in Windows and I am now sad that having switched to Linux, the add-on has no Linux version.

I hope there will be a Linux version soon.

Not worth the trouble Rated 1 out of 5 stars

The idea is great, but the execution is poor! There is no clue as to how the supposed "options" can be viewed, far less customized. The default sizes are a joke!

Sorry i don't get how to do it Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I can't figure out what you mean by Alt+1, etc. When i press the Alt key and then hold and press 1 (or 2, 3, or 4) nothing happens. ☺☻♥♦ except i get these characters. Or the quick find comes up.

After a full day of constant use this addon is such a pleasure to use.

I would ask that more keys be defined, alt-5 thru say alt-9.

Solves a Firefox/Gmail annoyance Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I love it. In Gmail I often use shift-enter to open an e-mail in a new window. But the window is always too small and must be re-sized. Now a simple alt-1 and the window is just how and where I want it. Excellent

While you're at it... Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I like this add-on a lot. Very convenient.

When you're tweaking it in the future can you add the ability to pin a particular corner or have it remember where on the screen the window is positioned?

Good start, but not finished. Custom sized windows would make this perfect. (especially for those with different screen sizes.)

Real fullscreen Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Plain and simple. I really like it but I can't find the options box either. Also I modified the fullscreen function to real fullscreen on the current monitor.

Changed oncommand for key 4 to:
window.maximize();
in browser.xul.

Hope this helps. Thanks for the addon.

very useful. However, the description mentions custom size option and even has a screenshot of it, but I could not find the custom size option (in the add-ons dialog the Options for ResizeIt is grayed out) and ended up hacking the browser.xul file to set my own resolution.

If you want to use this add-on (and this is at your own risk), download the .xpi file, open it in WinZip, edit the install.rdf file, change the maxVersion to 3.0.1, save the .rdf file back into the .xpi file and then install it. I've tried it, works a treat.

I re-iterate, this is at your own risk... but it works fine.

With the ability to use shortcut keys, this is my favorite browser resizer. When will it be ready for Firefox 3.0 :(.

Custom Size Rated 4 out of 5 stars

This is what I'm looking for. If it can has option for custom size, ResizeIT will be even better.
