Five stars for the 0.9948 version, zero for the 2.0.1!

After trying the last version I decided to downgrade to the previous version, which was a pain in the ass to do...!

These aspects of the 2.0.1 version were annoying me :
- The style of the popup window.
- The age of the pages were no longer displayed.
- It messed up some of the pages who were sorted by age.
- The page were no longer listed in the bookmark folder.
- The popup window had a variable size and went sometimes bigger than my screen. I wasn't able to click on next or previous anymore!

Be careful if you try this version! It's very difficult to get the previous version to work again after that...

Hmm... 2Author:
Can you publish older version (0.9) as self-contained project without any syncing features?

Do what M R said, downgrade to version 0.9.
New 2.0 is horrible compared to the old one.
Lack of Xmarks sync alone is enough, but messed up list, missing items and loads of other problems make 2.0 sub-par.

Do what M R said, downgrade to 0.9 - much, much better then the useless 2.0 version.

version 2.0 is simply awful, slow, sluggish and not very easy to use (the ui redesign pretty sucks too)

lack of sync via bookmarks (sqlite?! why on earth?) is a definitive thumbs down.

downgraded to 0.9 at the speed of light - well almost, I had to check http://www.ideashower.com/support/read-it-later/how-to-downgrade-from-20-to-09/#post-7259 to get it working

completely disappointed!

It's not Read it later any more Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I used to like this addon. It was simple and worth, just as it needed to be. Now it's to complicated. It's not Read it later any more.

Since upgrade to 2.0 firefox keeps asking for my master password on startup (home page is empty, about:blank)... why does it need access to the stored passwords?

Poor update, gone back to original Rated 1 out of 5 stars

The one star rating is for the 2.0 update. I'd give the 0.9 version ten stars if I could.

I disliked how features from the original were removed (eg. keeping track of days since pages added) and the layout does not look as tidy.

Good add-on Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I like the changes to RiL (especially no more competing with xmarks sync), but one bug that I've noticed is that if I mark something as read and then later hit the Read Something button, the page marked as read may re-open. Maybe something isn't getting flushed out like it should be when I mark a page is read?

P.S. The plus sign or check mark look better than the boomerang in the location bar, I think.

I have no idea what this 'shower' think they were trying to do. Before you uninstall, go to Tools/Add-ons/double click Read it Later to bring up the options and then click' erase my online data'

The upgrade sucks!!! Rated 1 out of 5 stars

What the hell are the developers thinking???
After the upgrade, I was clicking on the read it later button to save the webpage addresses as usual, only to discover later that all the saved bookmarks were not there in the firefox browser bookmarks folder!!! I need those bookmarks in my browser, not somewhere on the net!!

Well, now it doesn't work at all. 2.0 was fine. 2.1, none of my pages are showing up in the reading list. Great work on something that was working, because now it doesn't.
