Provides a quick and easy way to reboot Firefox. This is a perfect alternative to the add-on Restart Firefox (which is currently FF 2 only).
Any chance you'll update this to work with Beta 5/3.0 RC1? Or will you wait until the full release?
Perfect! Just a simple add-on without anything extra. Is there one for Thunderbird too?
Together with Menu Editor (addon nr. 710) its easy to use.
Good copy of Opera Paste-and-Go feature.
Works nice, but it appears in the File menu not the tools menu...
I use German firefox, and the restart button is in 'File (Datei)' not in 'Tools (Extras)'
I used this addons before with Firefox and it used to be in Tools.
Any help (email@example.com)?
This is the best restart button there is for firefox. I can work way faster with it. Good Job
How dumb Matt Lee, atleast check the buttons available for a click easy restart before rating this add on as 5. Just right click customize and you will see a restart button. Rated 10!!!
its ok. but there should just be a button to press rather than have to click on file then scroll down to restart. its just as quick to just close out the browser and open it again.
This add-on is exactly what I've been looking for, works exactly as explained, and makes installing stuff and editing CSS much easier and less annoying.
I just really wish there was a button in the toolbox (maybe in the next version/update, perhaps?), which is why I gave it an 8, not a 10. It would make things a lot easier than they already are.
I hate when I have to disable/uninstall an add-on or change a theme and then I have to save a session or bookmark it. Idk why they didn't put this feature in firefox originally, but I don't care, YOU MADE THIS! Thank you so much!
Great extension! Works as described and even restores your session when Firefox is reopened. I just wish you could disable the menu icon.
very handy extension, simple but effective, great for the obvious thing's like applying add-on's etc....,also most useful for when page's dont load properly or are taking forever to reload.thank's ;)
No "Are you sure?" dialog boxes get in the way. Plus you can customize the keystroke or menu placement manually using the instructions at the dev's site. This is an essential tool for any Firefox tweaker.
A much needed chore now performed by a small button.
Helps a lot when un-installing add-ons :)
This add-on is great to have after installations and theme changes. It is a very useful tool and does what it says it will do.
A straightforward extension that does what it's supposed to do. As for the toolbar button, go to View / Toolbars / Customize. You may need to scroll down, because it gets added to the end of the list, but it's there.
The add-on is working just as it should. No problems so far with session restore, but there is no sign of a toolbar button...
