Utter rubbish Rated 1 out of 5 stars

The webproxies won't work unless you allow ads, the addon will show adds as well, plus the proxies won't ever work! Neither webproxies nor proxy server.
The addon will also mess up your proxy config, adding websites related to the developers to the list of "No proxy for", automatically and without notice.
Avoid.

Solves my problem. You can use the web proxies for simple browsing of static or html websites or you can use the http proxies for browsing javascript based websites.. either way, fantastic addon. keep it up.

Doesn't work, breaks all internet access Rated 1 out of 5 stars

I install this addon, and it sat there trying to ping servers, but never found any after ~30 min. Removed the addon and restarted, but had lost all internet connectivity in Firefox (and only Firefox). Had to reinstall Firefox completely.

Edit:
Tool was unable to find any proxy servers and none were ever selected. Completely broken addon, especially given that it killed the browser - even after uninstall.

Can you please add what all features you used? Did you use premium or free proxy servers? If you used free proxy servers, it might happen that you picked a slow/ broken proxy server. Although we try to filter out broken and slow proxy servers, some of them do creep in from time to time. The simple solution is to disable the proxy by clicking on the delete icon. Another possibility is that you have another addon installed which has a conflict with our addon.

It used to be a quite very good add-on, but that changed. The proxies are now not only not working but also full of too much pub. Ad Blocker, BlockSite and others do hide the ads, but they are often so many that they clock Firefox and it disappears and I have to close it with Task Manager to be able to restart it. Some proxy sites are very dangerous because if you are not careful they will install you unwanted programs, spies and trojan horses. This is not the fault of the add-on or the developer's, but it is no longer recommendable. Avoid it! Run away from it. Pity.

Malicious proxy scanner added

What you are saying is write. Some of the proxy sites have malicious programs and can cause harm to the users. Therefore, we have added a scanner which uses the virustotal database - https://www.virustotal.com/en/about/. I hope some of the problems are solved by this. Let me know if users are still facing this problem.

Need More Countries! Rated 3 out of 5 stars

This addon looks promising, especially filtering proxies by country, but why are there just a few countries to choose from?
I often need proxies in China and Japan, so for me this addon is not useful at all.

wow this is good Rated 5 out of 5 stars

wow this is good. thank you. from this add-on i can choose a proxy which is fast and which is not blocked by my ISP or blocking software. even though we Google search for proxies the proxy we get might blocked by our ISP or the blocking software which is a useless proxy to us. but from this add-on we don't need worry about it. thanks again....

Completely useless! Rated 1 out of 5 stars

What on earth is the point of this addon? It simply gives you a list of sites to click, select. When you select one of the false proxy sites, it only leads you to a site that might have proxies lists or, more likely, a field where you are supposed to enter a URL!!

It does NOT give you direct access to a proxy and its details that would allow you to avoid having having to copy and past the proxy details in order to use it right away!! That makes this addon useless because I can find a proxies list by searching one on Google!

More, the list of proxies sites are chosen probably only on criteria linked to ads, not on whether the site has very good proxies lists. Even if it had good proxies lists, it would NOT help you at all because these proxies lists do NOT provide the ip address and port that are needed to set a proxy up using say FoxyProxy.

Stupid Feedback

This is the dumbest feedback ever.. just because it is not useful to you doesn't mean it is useless to everyone. This addon has checks every proxy site whether it is accessible by the user. If a proxy is blocked by network filters, it won't show up in the list. Also, it shows the proxies in order of their speed, so you get the fastest proxies. And you can filter them with the country of your choice. What you are looking for is a ip proxy which is available to premium members only. Go search for your proxy in google. Why the heck should you install it?

ProxyList did not show up FF14 Toolbar Rated 1 out of 5 stars

The Proxy List is enabled in FF14. Viewed on FF14 Add-on manager. The operating system is Windows XP SP3. I also encounter login problem into this review forum. The only time I can login is reported I forgot my password. Then from my email I click the link to a new page and change password. Then login with new password and prompt again with pictorial words for guessing. Then I can login to this forum. It will repeat again for next time. I am not sure how to solve this, may be it is a related problem in FF14.

Proxy List addon was developed in Windows XP SP3 and has never faced such an issue in the OS. It may be an addon conflict. Do you have a few other addons installed?
Have you tried uninstalling and installing again?

Addon for Firefox 13

Firefox 13 has deprecated some features used by the addon. I'd uploaded a new version (on may 26th) which works with Firefox 13 but it's still pending review from AMO.Firefox's review system takes a lot of time sometimes and it does affect a lot to addon developers. You can however install it manually from here. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/proxylist/versions/?page=1#version-1.6
