Toolbar is not properly working or goodlooking Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Could have been 5 if the icon was good-looking and spacing in toolbar was properly handled

Won't install Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I've been using Proxy Selector for years and I love it.

Now I'm trying to install it on a new laptop (FF 44.0.2) and it won't install. It looks like it's installing OK but it never appears in the list of installed addons.

I've looked at a couple of alternatives and they are rubbish when compared to Proxy Selector

Best lightweight proxy switcher in the market Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I only found a working proxy addon of less size than this (about 19kb), but it's just a simple on/off button, without the functionality of this one.
I love that you can add any number of proxies you want easily, and easily switch between them, too.

Also, about that "cookie" destroyer" issue, don't know what's going on, but all I see is an OPTIONAL feature in preferences that allows you to delete cookies when you switch proxies. I repeat, OPTIONAL. Don't know what's all the fuss about.

Keep up the good work!

Swap of labels on configuration screen Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Perfect plugin but inside configuration screen you swap the labels "Automatic proxy configuration URL" and "auto-detect proxy settings for this network"

Very nice!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Very easy way to choose a proxy in a one click menu. In proxy selector plugin preferences it is possible select icon type (only icon or icon and text) and you can select if clear the cookies or not. It is a simple and very nice plugin =D

Nice but... Rated 4 out of 5 stars

This is a great add-on but I have encountered and issue and I would like to request a feature. Couldn't find anyway to contact the creator :-(

Issue:
If I close FF with a proxy enabled and reopen FF, the proxy is still enabled (as it should be) but the add-on does not always show that it is enabled. It does not always show the current state.

Feature requests:
There should be an option in the add-on to toggle 'Remote DNS' for each proxy. Also, it would be nice if there was an option to visit "http://api.ipify.org/" instead of refreshing the current page. This will show the current public IP when changing proxies.

Excellent Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Simple and effective!
Could probably use some improvements regarding the toolbar icon, which tends to behave a little weird in terms of size/space.

import and export proxy list function Rated 4 out of 5 stars

add import and export proxy list function will be perfect

Lol Rated 3 out of 5 stars

That cookie guy made my day, but yeah not a nice feature to have, maybe making it optional?

Option to always choose the same proxy at startup would be nice! Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Very useful addon if you want to change between different proxies.
As there seems to be no other way to get support I'll put my feature request here: It would be great if there was an option to always choose the same proxy when Firefox starts. In some situation I have to stop using a proxy. However, I want my standard proxy to be automatically selected when I restart Firefox. At the moment, there is no option to do this.

WHY you delete cookies by default? No warning about that? If you wanna delete cookies for some reason, then don't do it by default and not without an initial confirmation question. Some people rely on their cookie data. If the cookie trashing wouldn't be there I would recommend this addon for sure.

Now my Firefox is perfect: the title bar became very tiny and still easy to use, just the way I want.

OMG, it just removed all my cookies! Rated 1 out of 5 stars

By default it REMOVES YOUR COOKIES. OMG that is a nasty thing to do. UNINSTALLING NOW.

Very very goooood!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

addon is a very good
please add a button to add a text file with a list of proxy servers
for example: server name; address; port.
list can be large and filled with notepad.
the separator can be any known to all users

it will be a very good addition to the Proxy Selector

Simple and easy Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Good addon, it is simple and easy to use.
Drawback: it ignores the exceptions in the proxysetting (127.0.0.1, localhost, etc).

Why the two-steps verification dont work correct with this addons ?? Rated 3 out of 5 stars

After the instalation, all my two-steps sites (like gmail, facebook) request me to put a SMS code (I was marked my computer a secure device and not request this code before in this device).

And the Proxy configuration is marked was "no proxy".

Why ??

Very good except an ugly navbar button Rated 4 out of 5 stars

This add-on simply enhances the built-in proxy manager and does a very good job with beautiful simplicity. But the three supported button type are all ugly placed in navbar with needless extra padding, which I consider as a bug.

Neat, easy to use, and I have a feature request Rated 4 out of 5 stars

It's great to configure proxies in a windows almost identical to firefox's original connection settings window. However, I woud recommend adding keyboard shortcuts for cycling through available proxies, or even selecting one specific proxy.
