Addon don't shows 2 of 5 plugins. Fix it!
Makes browsing much faster and less vulnerable to attack with a click i really like it. I do have a question for the dev and dont know where else to post it.
Is it possible to have a similar button that enables/ disables extensions
I like this plugin toggler. I believe it's the best one there is!
This is my most used addon. I disable all my plugins unless they are needed. One click and away you go.
Features Needed:
1) make new option for firefox default installed plugin "OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems, Inc."
2) support site for addon suggested enhancements.
3) sometimes when browser is smaller full length of options is not available/cuts off at bottom by disable all.
Thanks In Advance
This can come in handy at some times. Nothing to complain.
I've been using it for a long time, especially for enabling flash for a while. It should be integrated!
it would be better if the icon changed colors to indicate plugin status
green=all enabled
yellow=some enabled
red=all disabled
In Firefox 22 OpenSUSE, "about:plugins" doesn't show the 'enable/disable'. It was a bug . See : http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:plugins
.So I had to install this plugin, which works Great.
Shows not only 3 Adobe Acrobat but also 2 RealJukebox plugin and 10 QuickTime plugins.
I installed Plugins Toggler and have it enabled. I'm unable to use it because there isn't any toolbar/status button. Or perhaps it's there but hidden?
Nice tool! given the memory hog and security nightmare that is adobe flash, I'm now using this to disable the flash plugin. Except for online video sites (youtube et al.), I have no other use for flash:)
This addon works fine with the latest stable Firefox (8.0.1)
It's useful for me , thank you!
For Plugins Toggler: Its not synchronized with TorButton which disabled plug-ins.
For Firefox: Expand our browser with more fast access buttons like this. (Cookies Toggle to save temporary session quickly, Private Browsing Toggle to save SSL-Certificates-Permanently quickly, Color Toggle to switch black background quickly, Plugins Toggle to disable/enable plugins quickly. etc. "Help user to access the resources faster".
Does exactly what's needed and nothing more. Needed a way of disabling and re-enabling the Windows Media Player plugin on the fly for testing purposes - and this is by far the easiest way to do that.
As someone else mentioned it'd be nice to see tools such as this one integrated with Firefox.
Thank you Trinh
Works great. Neat. It should be part of FF.
Thanks for this extension
But can you add a feature to quickly enable/disable all plugin, it is very usefull
This extension gives easy access to plug-ins from the toolbar or status bar, so I no longer have to go into Tools > Add-ons. Having lots of plugins enabled can slow down the web browser and be a security risk; so this extension saves me a lot of time when I need to re-enable a plug-in to view some content and then disable it after.
COOL!!! Keren abizzz! Manteb Gila!
in windows, media player plugin maybe no problemo cuz IDM can handle it.
but in linux/ubuntu that dont have powerfull download manager, Plugins Toggler is a must!
thanx dude :D
Great extension. It is hard to keep track of the plugins and some get installed outside of your control. With the Toggler, you can go over the list and attempt deactivating any plugins that could be redundant or detrimental. In this fashion, I've quickly got my browser back to its old speed. Note: Follow the author's directives to gain access to the extension. Thanks, Trinh!

Does not work.
Version 3.5.1.
A very useful add-on. I use it often to enable and
disable the Shockwave Flash plug-in, which always
consumes a lot of CPU. (Many web-sites use Flash
for advertising, which is definitely a waste of CPU!)
This is a very interesting extension. I would like to see two enhancements: 1) an option to activate/deactivate all plugins at once (or maybe “profiles” of plugins with ability to activate/deactivate the profile in one click?), 2) the icon of the extension in the status bar.
