About this Add-on
This applies to the top-level History and Bookmarks menus, to any folder on the bookmarks toolbar, and to the bookmarks toolbar's overflow menu.
I only test this extension on Linux, and even then only gently; I'm told it also works on Windows XP. It may or may not work on Mac OS X and other operating systems, but suggestions for fixes are welcome.
If you already have Stylish installed, you may want to use “Show Full Titles on Bookmarks”—a user style that does the same thing as this—instead.

If you don't want to waste your time thinking, just install this add-on, and then use the time you've saved to make yourself a cup of tea or something.
Now expands the new Bookmarks menu button, and the Firefox → Bookmarks and Firefox → History menus.
