Please bring it back. It is incompatible with FF29. Now FF looks meh ... ordinary.
hoffentlich bleibt uns dieses theme auch in zukünftigen firefoxversionen erhalten.
verwende es schon lange.
Thank you for making this compatible again; I've missed it in the most recent versions of Firefox. I am visually impaired, and though I do most of my navigating with gestures, these are larger and much easier to see than the default buttons.
Sehr schönes Theme, das ich liebe und seit Jahren benutze. Vor allem: Es läuft anders als viele andere Orbit's auch unter der aktuellen Firefox-Version.
Pretty theme, I love it an use it for years. The best of it: It works - in difference to most of other orbits's - with the actual firefox-version.
Seems to be the only "orbit" theme compatible with FF 5, and I've been using the orbit yellow themes long enough that it just doesn't feel like firefox without one.
Pretty good, no problems so far, but not quite the same as Orbit2008, which had better looking buttons. The icons in this theme lack the appearance of depth and have a slightly aliased look (jagged curves) on my 28" screen. (Whereas Orbit2008 gave the buttons a raised appearance ad looked smooth and nicely anti-aliased on my big monitor.) Otherwise, it's just what I was looking for, and even with those slight graphical issues, it's a welcome improvement over the default look.
Having just automatically updated this, I find that the buttons have become much larger, and the background has changed to pale blue.
As I like neither of these, I have had to change my default appearance, which is a pity.
Hopefully, this will revert to what it was, and that it is not influenced by another extension
I love this theme, I can't use an other one.
I really hope you will release a version working with Firefox 4.0 b12 and newer.
My scrollbar disappeared when I upgraded to 0.9, so now I downgraded again to 0.8 - and the scrollbar is back.
Very clean and easy on the eyes. Orbit Orange works well with Fx betas and different "Stylish" styles. Thanks for your time and effort ...
I keep coming back to Orbit Orange for it's sensible white-highlighting of the active tab, and for the nice-looking yellow buttons. The buttons even look good set to "Small Icons", making this a very compact design.
I'd like the scrollbar grip to be the same yellow as the buttons, maybe with a black dot in the middle for even easier spotting, but that is a minor complaint.
I personally like it. Especially the more "sketchy" look (the outlines seem to be drawn rather than just generated). It integrates well with the popular "area o4.2" win xp visual style (orange substyle). I even have done some CSS modifications for a more interesting look and integration.
I hope this theme will finally be updated to be compatible with Firefox 3.5. I am really keeping myself from upgrading FF because of it :D
Love the colors, but where is my scroll bar? I had the same problem when I tried to use Abstract Zune. No way to move down the page. :(
Hello zblueyez, if you want me to find out, where your problem could be, please send a bugreport to firstname.lastname@example.org. I need to know your operating system (and version) and your FF version. Which FF-plugins are installed? Some more details could be helpful like: does this happen all the time with every homepage? And maybe you could append a screenshot.
Well, I certainly miss Orbit Yellow from FF2, so I thought this would be make me feel better in my FF3 environment. Unfortunately, after using it for only a day, I determined that Orbit Orange is an aesthetically distracting version of Orbit.
The outline of an Orbit button must always be solid black color without highlights. Orbit Orange highlights the button outline with light grey on the left and right sides of the button. Ergo, Orbit Orange bugs me with a distracting feeling that it suffers from "bad art."
Please improve the button to display a solid black outline having no highlights. Remember that a True Black color cannot actually reflect any light nor shine with a lighter shade of black. Avoid artistic shading that attracts your attention away from the icon at the center of the button.
I mainly made this theme for myself and made it available for others, who might like it too. I regret that you don't like the buttons, but you don't have to use this theme. I wont change anything as I like the buttons exactly the way they are.
A pale imitation of the 2006 version. Icons are smaller and washed out. Back to the drawing board.
You got the sources, make it better. ;)
simple and sweet!
I just like the simplicity of tabs!
For the next versions you could work on background...
oh! and the tab bar works well with PageStyle2Tab extension!
The way the icon sides look, I'd say these Orbit icons are a little too shrunken.
Hello Ngamer01, shrunken - does this mean too small? the main icons are available in 2 sizes. But it is also a matter of screen resolution. - I´d call the size "decent".
White text in the status bar is almost invisible if you are using lightly colored windows.
Otherwise very nice and usable theme.
Hello Mojetitak,\r\nUnder which circumstances does text in the statusbar turn white?\r\nIt should not.\r\nkalex\r\n\r\nps: it seems, i\'m having problems answering your post...\r\ni hope this time it works.
i was missing orbit too, great to see it back
Thank you, Danke
