- by Firefox user 13237597, 3 years agoRated 4 out of 5This is a great replacement for VLC YouTube Shortcut, which still is not a WebExtension. That being said, that addon has options for play AND enqueue, as well as keyboard shortcuts to hold ctrl or shift while clicking link to choose either one. While these are already useful, I use a custom script with both of these addons, which makes the 2 different options even better. Having these features here as well would make this the perfect replacement for VLC YouTube Shortcut. I kindly ask this be looked into to see if these features can still be done. I still recommend this for Firefox 57+ users regardless :)

- by Firefox user 10572342, 3 years agoRated 5 out of 5Works good. Any chance for dailymotion support? VLC recognizes their urls and plays videos the same as youtube.
Edit: there's no plugin, it works the same way as youtube with a dailymotion.luac file. The only thing your addon would need to do is recognize the urls on its page and then add it to the playlist. I will file a request on FAQs page.Developer response
