I hope that what you are doing is working. I trust that it is. I love the idea of it all. Thank you for helping to keep my personal life private and for keeping the corporate wolves from my door and my personal information. :-)

Seems like a good addon. There is a slight problem I have noticed.

I have installed "Smart Referer" addon which prevents HTTP referers from leaking. This addon -NoTrace- reports that the referers are being leaked, although they are not!!

INMHO one of the best Mozilla addons to protect our privacy. I use Gnu Linux and my sistem is intact .:P
A bypass button, not only a direct access to the control panel, could add better funcionality. Hide language (http headers) could be another interesting point. Thank´s a lot to developers.

It's really useful, but what I don't like is that it stays on status bar, and I would like to be moveable, to put on main bar.

Disabled Cache

It takes some time to find out but now we can affirm that is only an old (and now useless) precaution.
We've fixed it and you'll see it in the next release, in conjunction with the new app icon in the navbar.

Thank you for your interest in NoTrace

I tried it before and uninstalled because I want it to be more "matured" when I used it. Now it's updated, I think I'll give it a try again. But after browsing through the screenshots, I noticed that some add-ons that I used already covered some feature of NoTrace. I am using NoScript, RequestPolicy, Adblock Plus, Refcontrol, Cookie Monster and Clean Links for my privacy in the internet. Does NoTrace add some privacy improvements to what I already has?
