- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18785252, 9 hours agoI have been using Nordpass since Lastpass was horrible at notifying users of a beach until months after the fact, putting my information at risk. Anyway, Nordpass now seems like they don't care about customers either since this "Legacy" version doesn't work and if you try to click on the link support put for someone else, the Nordpass support says that they are working to resolve. Meanwhile, here I sit with a new PC and unable to get their tool to work in Firefox.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Akumaru, 2 days agoDoesn't work at all. Last updated two years ago?? The extension said to install the desktop ver too and even after that still doesn't show my saved password. Moved to bitwarden now even though my subs plan still have another one year

I hope this gets resolved asap.

The extension is so slow to load, and it often logs me out even when I select otherwise, and multiple times I have not been able to log in at all; just spinny wheel of death. When I try to get around the extension failure by using Norpass website instead, it redirects to app login, so I'm in limbo and unable to access any of my credentials. I have tried reinstalling extension, restarting browser, trying a different browser, restarting computer, turning off all other extensions, etc. Sometimes it works then. But so frustrating. Such a waste of time. Going back to a different password manager after this subscription ends.

There used to be two versions and now only one, it was never clear which to use, it appears neither works. It doesn't autofill, I have to login back in to it every time I want to use it. Junk, don't bother. I'm paying for the VPN and this so now I'll be looking elsewhere.
