- Rated 5 out of 5by David, a year agoAn excellent extension for Firefox, enhancing password security with features like multi-server support and password generation. However, it falls short in recognizing certain password types, such as .htaccess passwords stored in the Firefox password manager. Additionally, the module lacks a convenient way to add passwords to a database, such as a missing "+" button. The Module do not show, in case of using multiple server sources, the source of the suggested password. Despite these limitations, it still serves as a efficient and functional password management tool. Appreciate it!

Efficient and well integrated.
2 issues: no security protection (would love a touchID (on macoS) validation for using passwords) and it should keep less "history" of passwords not yet saved into the base. It gathers passwords from every website crossed and you have to "delete" them explicitly each time… There should be a timer of some sort (store them for 1h for example) so it gives you time to save them after using them but not too much it can be a liability. - Rated 4 out of 5by zexon, a year agoTL;DR - Very good for entering passwords stored securely in your own Nextcloud instance, but doesn't integrate well with login fields on web pages.
Pros:
* Integrates very easily with the Passwords app for Nextcloud.
* Creates and stores secure passwords.
* Easy to set up.
Cons:
* Doesn't integrate with username or password fields. You have to click the extension to find existing passwords or generate new ones.
* It identifies new logins, but it puts them in a "Collected" tab where you have to manually save them.
* I sometimes find it easier to add a password manually in my Nextcloud.
I'm going to rate this a 4/5, because while the cons are somewhat annoying, they aren't a deal breaker. I still feel more in control of my password collection via Nextcloud and this extension than I have with basically any other password management system. - Rated 5 out of 5by Josua, 2 years ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 14314662, 2 years agoConnecting to your next cloud account is not intuitive at all. Moreover it appears impossible to do if you don't use a mobile device and only ever access Nextcloud via desktop/web.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17372023, 3 years ago

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 5923265, 3 years agoUpdate: Apparently there was something wrong with the filesystem access after installing the plugin on Nextcloud. After fixing this the button to connect to the add-on appeared. However it is still not possible to manually create an account in the add-on settings.
Original review:
It is not possible to manually create an account and in the Nextcloud app there is supposed to be a button you can click to pair on the same device, but alas: no button. So this add-on is not usable in this state. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 17216487, 3 years ago
