I loved the idea of this. I want to be able to access FB marketplace/messenger but by completely bypassing FB to avoid being drawn into doom scrolling the rubbish in my feed.

Unfortunately it does absolutely nothing for me. I toggled all the settings and then refreshed the browser with FB logged in and it didn't change the view at all.

Would love to know if this is something I'm doing wrong. Google Pixel 9a on latest os and accessing FB via Firefox latest browser (158.0). URL for FB is m.facebook.com/

Have tried removing and re adding the extension but no joy!

I've not been too harsh with the stars as I can see it works for some users, just not myself! 🤷🏻

As someone who is suffering with reddit addiction, this is a Godsend. Would love it if you could add google news (news.google.com) also. Thank you.

I have this on my PC and android, but on android It doesn't work as of now on Facebook. Can you please fix it ? I find myself doom scrolling on there... Can you please fix it to save my time ? <3

This is exactly what I was looking for, to use facebook to chat with friends, without looking into any kind of feed/stories. Kudos to the developer.

SimPly brilliant!

Gratitude. You have no idea how deeply I value this extension. It makes my life infinitely better, thank you.

Absolute legend for making this, updating it and keeping it free. I hope you count up the users and realise how many wasted hours you have saved humanity :)

Nice! An essential extension for anyone who wants to stay productive without completely cutting themselves off from social media.

11/10

Works like a charm but please add support for mobile webpages like m.youtube.com domains, it's neccesary to make it works in Firefox mobile.

IF IT'S BROKEN FOR YOU, TRY REMOVING IT AND REINSTALLING

It's now fully working as before. Thanks a lot for this Jord, helping us all fight off Skynet's algorithm.

Great extension that has been serving me well for years. I thought V3 was basically broken but it turned out I just had to do a clean install.

It worked for months but now it broke a few days ago... I only use YouTube but the message still appears on top of the recommended videos and nothing gets eradicated.

It worked well for FB, but latest updates 3.0.1 and 3.0.2 Do blocks feed for FB but after a refreshing browser each time. And Do not block stories at all.

Been loving this extension for some time. Although after the rewrite, ~20% of the time when i load x, twitter, or fb, the feed still loads below the quote.

I'm someone who mindlessly opens tabs whenever I get restless at work (mostly Reddit and Youtube). I used to get sucked into the newsfeed every time, of course, since that's the entire point of a newsfeed. But now, there's nothing there, so if don't have a REASON to be on that site, I just close the tab. It works!
