How about Marko Z or someone else step up and Fix it maybe ? Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I also love this program, but, as is often the case, developers don't keep abreast of changes in FF code. I can't do it myself, but I'm sure Marko Z could likely reprogram this Add-on to get it working again. He does, after all, take donations, however little the amount is, If I'd just paid him before the roll-out of 29 I'd be more upset with him than with FF for "breaking" his extension. There was plenty of time prior to the roll-out to have ensured that this would contine working. I've used FF for years and only recently discovered this program, I guess I can live with it like this once again until if and when Marko or someone else re-invents this helper program.

Looks like FF 29 Broke this extension. Rated 3 out of 5 stars

I loved this extension, it gave me added real estate. Sadly, like so many other extensions, Firefox release 29 seems to have broken it.

Such a great add-on. In fact, I'm not updating to FF29 if this space-saver isn't updating. Anyway, tips: after install, you have to mess with your settings (tabs on top, etc) to get everything just right. I also dump the search bar and use only the URL bar (nav bar) in the title bar, then put add-on icons up in the nav bar, too. I definitely remove useless icons that I use shortcuts for (home, etc). I even have a pretty 5-block weather on my title bar that I could remove to put MORE add-on icons up there if I wanted to. My browser is TIGHT (works well), with no wasted space and tons of screen space for the actual INTERNET! (Which is why I won't update FF28 to FF29 unless this add-on is updated to work with Australis —I get HIVES looking at wasted blank space.) THANK YOU SO MUCH for this awesome add-on! ♥

I've already posted a one-line review of this great plug-in, but I wanted to add an important note:

If Nav Bar On Top (NBOT) doesn't perform the way you expected, it may just be an issue with the theme/persona you're using. (For example, when I used a certain theme, activated NBOT, then switched to Full Screen view, my FF window disappeared. When I restarted and used another theme, everything was fine.)

Theme authors do the best they can, and we really appreciate their efforts—but sometimes they don't anticipate all the changes that can occur to FF's graphics. It's not this plug-in's fault; it does what it's supposed to do. Cheers, A.

Great! Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Seems to mostly work in Firefox 28 beta. Except as soon as I customize anything on my toolbar and click done, everything shifts up and gets mangled. I have to deselect "Navigation Bar on Top" and select it again in order to restore everything. Restarting the browser works too. Anyway very buggy at the moment.

Adds non-removable margin Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Doesn't work at all and adds non-removable black margin between tabs and address bar.

This addon helps to save screen space, awesome with Tree Style Tab.
Was broken in FF 26.0, after update to release FF 27.0 somehow works fine :)

If you apply a theme, it is the blue bar on top of the default theme. The rest - all wonderful.

Must have Rated 5 out of 5 stars

For me this is must-have. It saves precious vertical space, which is especially useful, if you have a limited vertical resolution. In most cases I can think of the title bar is a waste of space anyway. I hope this add on will continue to be maintained in the future.

Love it, but... Rated 5 out of 5 stars

I love this addon, really saves space, but the newest beta broke it. Could you check it?

It appears that something in Fx 26 beta 7 has broken this excellent add-on. I've tried every remedy I can think of, short of creating a new profile.

Great. Does what it says.

If you use 'Toolbar buttons' -addon it's a good idea to create your own toolbar for them and another for bookmarks bar, if you use one, and then hide the default bookmarks bar and addon bar.

@shenlux Did you select 'Navigation Bar on Top' from the right-click drop-down menu on the menu bar, and then un-select 'Menu Bar' from the same menu?

Doesn't work Rated 1 out of 5 stars

This add-on doesn't put ANYTHING in the title bar. All it does is switch the order of the tabs bar and the navigation bar, which doesn't save any space.. The TITLE bar is still a big ugly piece of useless wasted browser real estate. I wish it would have worked.

Awesome addon! However, there's a "bug" for those of us using more than one monitor: inability to grab the window by the titlebar. It is easily fixed by adding this code to addon's "overlay.css" file:

#main-window[navbarintitlebar][sizemode="maximized"] #navigator-toolbox[iconsize="small"] #nav-bar { margin-top: 1px; padding-top: 1px; /* Shift down nav-bar to allow user to resize window on top */}

The perfect add-on to save space. The customization is simple and useful, the final result is clean and neat.

it really frees up all the wasted real estate in the title bar! and it works like charm for FF21. thanks!

You are a genious and gracious for sharing that with people. Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This add-on + tree style tabs gives me same minimalist yet functional browser I get from firefox mobile for android.

I can put everything in the title bar now.

This extension did not work for me before ; but clearly the developer updates his software :)

Unfortunately I always have to restart to get it work.

Mister M.Z.

I have waited Years for someone to make this add-on (option).. Not only, have I been able to remove so many user scripts to get the look and additional space and feel from my Firefox interface, but also the simplicity of it's installation by just putting a check mark ( NAV ..On Top) is remarkable..

I sincerly thank-U..

A job well done..
