conflict with NextPlease Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Thank you for making this add-on, I use it all the time. It really helps with my RSI.
Unfortunately it stops NextPlease from working when MLB is disabled (set to show ids on demand). It would be great if I could use these two add-ons together.
One suggestion, I think it would be useful if there was an option to make links open in a new tab by default.
Thanks! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Thanks for this great add-on. It made me switch from Opera to Firefox! This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.3).
Great for lazy users or mouse emergencies Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Thank you for creating Mouseless Browsing! I first used it when I wanted to sit in a comfortable papasan chair some distance from my computer and did not want the trouble of a operating mouse in my lap. Last week, the touchpad in my boyfriend's laptop went bad at a fairly crucial moment (we were trying to look up Kelly Blue Book information for a potential vehicle purchase). We downloaded MLB and it worked like a charm. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.3).
A little flaw Rated 2 out of 5 stars
This is great add-on... but the latest version has small bug..
After add-on installation firefox eats about 6% of CPU (core 2 duo 2.2) even if I do nothing.
For example open google home page and take a look at Windows Task Manager.
On add-on uninstallation everything becomes OK.
a suggestion Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Thanks a lot. A really helpful add-ons since i was getting rsi while using the mouse.
If you look at hit-a-hint extension, you can see that they numbers links which are in current screen view rather than number links in the entire page. This will help if user go to wikipedia pages which has a lot of links. If you go to a big wikipedia page which has a lot of links and press "DECIMAL" key, you can see that the page scrolls down a bit, requiring the user to scroll up to get the previous view. This is since your numbering is slightly modifying the page, which hit-a-hint doesn't do.
I know this is hard since you number the page when
user press the 'DECIMAL' key and hit-a-hint only numbers the page when user "PRESS & HOLD" the 'SPACE-BAR' key. So i request for a new key (preferably space bar) which on press & hold numbers the links in the current screen view.
Once again LOT of THANKS for the amazing extension.
MLB is a great alternative Rated 2 out of 5 stars
I just upgraded to Firefox 18.104.22.168. I had MLB turned off for awhile but have used it extensively. Since loading Firefox 22.214.171.124, I'm having trouble with MLB conflicting with the Firefox QUICK FIND command. QUICK FIND is being activated without having to turn it on and I don't recall that feature before this last version of Firefox. As a result, if the MLB command is one digit, it works, even though it activates QUICK FIND. A two-digit MLB command activates QUICK FIND and highlights the MLB command. You can then hit ENTER and the link opens in a new tab. I have the option set to proceed without hitting ENTER. I hope this is accurate. I tried it several times. I don't think that I activated this QUICK FIND nor do I know of an option that would turn off the feature. I read the 126.96.36.199 Features but there was no mention of a change to the FIND command. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.2).
Awesome Rated 5 out of 5 stars
This is by far, the most used add-on I have downloaded. It should be a Firefox standard. Good Job!This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.2).
Good extension! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Good extension! I have a suggestion, if press add or subtract to scroll pages, it will continue scroll , not only scroll once , it will be more good!!This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.2).
Great Idea, but destroys page loading. Not yet rated
I must say this is a great idea, seems easy to use and understand. However, even when the link labels for MLB are turned off, my pages take at least twice the time to load. While loading, instead of pages being white, I often see what appears to me as random black and gray boxes flickering on the screen. This hasn't happened since I uninstalled Mouseless Browsing. This really makes surfing the web very unpleasant, it almost hurts my eyes. So if load times and page rendering with this extension get fixed, I'd give it 5 stars. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.2).
Excellent Rated 4 out of 5 stars
This is a great extension, but it is rather buggy. It has not been updated in a while, but would be great if someone adopted it.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.2).
Superb! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
One of the most useful extensions ever downloaded. I like the enable/disable feature with just one key. Thanks for this gem :-)This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.2).
