No support ff57+. Very bad :(((
It was good while it lasted. Thanks man. Too bad it's gone in Fx 57.
This addon is one of the dealbreakers for me to use FF in the future.
Is it possible to make it work with FF 57+, and if so, do you plan to do so?
Hi, I have a feature request for the excellent More Tools Menu add-on. Would it be possible to have an option that the default Tools menu in Firefox/Mozilla clones (Waterfox, IceWeasel, PaleMoon) have a More Tools submenu?
Not sure if this has been requested before but it would certainly be a terrific feature to add.
Thanks again for a great add-on. I have several other add-ons installed in Palemoon and Waterfox and really like the idea of keeping their relevant menu options uncluttered!
Why does adwcleaner report this as a malware?
ユーザーが追加した add-on を「新規に、別名で項目（tab）化し直す」だけのアイテムです。
great addon - thank you :-)
an option menu for this addon would be fine
As at least one other user pointed out it definitely needs an option to exclude certain entries from being moved to the new 'More Tools Menu' that is generated. For instance I'm primarily a Windows user but I do use Linux from time to time and have installed the 'Tools>Options... for Linux' Addon to add an 'Options' entry to the standard 'Tools' menu in the Linux version of Firefox (since that's where it is in the Windows version to access Firefox configuration preferences/options, just makes it easier for me to remember). But with MTM it moves that entry to the new menu it creates, defeating the purpose of adding the addon that created the 'Options' entry in the first place.
I like this add-on a lot and usually install it whenever I set up FF for someone. That said, it would be nice if there was some sort of option / menu / about:config value that let you exclude certain entries... In particular, I would love to use MTM and still keep this add-on under Tools while in Linux: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tools-options-for-linux
Anyway, still have to say great idea and good job but I'm holding out on 1 star as motivation to add my request :)
Simple and awesome. However it has a problem with the extension Mozilla Archive Format: the menu item isn't showed rightly. Please fix it. Thanks!
Edit: I use the same versions on Windows XP and Ubuntu 11.04. Both have the problem. Here is how it looks: http://img255.imageshack.us/img255/7097/screenshotmtm.png
More Tools Menu version 1.2.2 seems to work fine with MAF. I've tested it with Firefox version 7.0.1 and Mozilla Archive Format version 2.0.2 on Windows 7.
Which versions do you use?
Could you please report this issue here: http://code.google.com/p/more-tools-menu/issues/list
Thank you for your review and for reporting that problem.
it works fine on Firefox 6.0.2 but not so fine on Thunderbird 6.0.2
You're right. More Tools Menu version 1.2.2 doesn't work with newer Thunderbird versions.
A new version 1.2.3 is being prepared to resolve that problem.
Thank you very much for reporting it.
Nice handy extension, works perfectly on Aurora 7 and with the Personal Menu too.
... and patching or maintaining this for FF5 and beyond ... ?
I patched the Add-on so it can be installed in Firefox 4; works fine with me: http://abc.de1.cc/more_tools_menu-1.2.1-fx4.xpi
Hi! Great AddOn, but isn't there any way to donate?
pls maintain it , infact instead of 1 ,
we need 2 "more tools" in our menu bar
Great add-on, any idea when it will be compatable with TB 3.0?
Still loving this, but I have to wait for version compatible with TB 3.0…
Now my Tools menu is uncluttered... nice! I combine it with the Compact Menu Add-On https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/4550/ then right-click the menu bar to customize and uncheck the "More Tools" so that it doesn't even show...
What a simple and cool idea, thank you Sir (:
J'utilise cette extension depuis le début.
Une très bonne idée.
I thought that 'More Tools' would be a sub-menu of the normal Tools menu. Could you please make that an option?
excellent concept and implementation.
one suggestion, to save real estate: make the menu title "more" instead of "more tools"
This is a wonder.
Clean tools menu easy :D
Where is 1.2.1 version detailed at the extension's homepage ? This page seems to be the only one to download this extension.
