Must have for a simplicity-freak like me. If only customizing the context menus in other applications were so simple.
Needs a way to export settings, and additional editable menus would be nice.

Same problem as everybody else where I get empty menus when Menu Editor is enabled and they're fine when it's disabled. Please fix it soon. Thanks

It's Back NO right click with FF 28.00 Rated 4 out of 5 stars
After upgrading to FF 28 I cannot use the right click on the mouse. It leaves empty squares or takes many clicks to work again. Please fix and keep this great Add-On going.

Can you please add support for "More Tools Menu" (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/more-tools-menu/).
Many thanks in advance.
@sea: Backup settings Rated 5 out of 5 stars
The settings are stored in the file "menuedit.rdf" in the FF profile folder. Backup the file and copy it back after a new installation. Hope that helps.
Though, a simple export option would be nice, yes.
unsupported + no backup of settings Rated 1 out of 5 stars
i like it but find it very tedious that there is NO backup of your settings
so each time i have to create new profile or fix a FF crash problem i have to manually set up my menus again....
i think a backup of settings of this addon is an essential feature missing

Hardcoded Ctrl-Shift-S to bring it up? – Genius!
(minus one star)
This brings up the Debugger, and before that there have already been many conflicts with other extensions for years (minus another star) ... which keep being ignored, quite obviously (minus a third star).
Why isn't this damn thing at least sitting in the Tools menu, like other extensions of the same kind do?
Great Add-On! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I love this add-on, it allows me to customize Firefox menus to my exact liking.
One thing that I wish was added (whether to this add-on or to Firefox Sync) is the ability to have my menu customizations on one computer carry over to my other computers.

Awesome, using this enables me to use classic look Firefox with a couple of menu items I don't need removed (edit and help) and then put the url box and search box on the top line to have a minimalist browser with maximum usability.
The ability to de-clutter the (right-click) context menu is also awesome.
Thank you to the author for writing this.

Incompatible with add-ons built with the add-on SDK because of an issue with the add-on SDK. Please vote for a fix at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=956461This user has a previous review of this add-on.

if i activate menu editor, it remove automatic one context menu function from 2 different addons. there are:translate this! 3.0.1hide unwanted results of google search 1.4.1
would be nice to horizontal expand the menu where to (de)activate all functions

I cut off my extra menus. Great!
Very good ... but can be even better ! Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Very handy addon.I use this to remove unnecessary items from right click menu.
The only downside is, I can not modify the drop down menu when I right click on Bookmarks toolbar.Would be nice if we had that option too.
Thank you !
Save settings Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Why can't there be an option to save settings to a file to restore them later? Each time I remove my browser or install it on another computer, I have to manually make the same options, over and over.

Thanks to the guy who said to enable Hardware Acceleration to fix the blank context menu bug. It seems to work.
Apparently disabling the extension after configuring your settings is another solution as well, but I haven't tried it.
