Note that you need to finish your moves within the given time limit, as indicated by the timer on the screen, or you will lose. If you can reveal multiple pairs of related tiles, you can receive more bonus points. But if the pair of tiles you revealed are not related, the tiles will be covered again and the turn will be passed to the other player.
