This is just great! I was wanting to follow the video tutorials on my Digital Photo Magazine CD, and this plug-in allowed me to do that, when nothing else would.
Thank you so much for this!
Thanks,I can listen to music now
I do not know what is the feature and what does Mediawrap useful for actually?
Can't use google map street view if mediawrap was installed in firefox addons.
It is wonderful that mediawrap supports firfox 3.5.x. Thanks a lot.
I've been using this add-on since I started using Firefox one and half years ago. It's always been working perfectly until I recently updated Firefox to 3.5.
The Street View started having trouble loading on Google Maps in FF3.5. I had to switch to IE 8 (with the IE Tab add-on ;) to use street view. I thought maybe it was because Google Maps hadn't updated the street view code compatable to 3.5. But today when i launched the browser on its safe mode, and street view loaded. So i tried to disable the add-ons one by one to find out which one is having problem with GMaps, and it turned out to be MediaWrap. I have uninstalled this add-on cos I really don't want to switch browser back and forth.
Hope the developers will fix this problem soon.
when both MediaWrap and Cooliris are installed, there is a malfuction of Cooliris, which Cooliris wouldn't load the automatic 3D effect which shows totally blank. It would only return fine after press"?" and then press "Preview Page" in Cooliris. Disabling MediaWrap would make everything fine
I couldn't see the movies on moviepowder site until I loaded the program and thought at first it just wouldn't work - now it does! thx 2 Movie Powder and Firefox!!!!!!
I'm not complaining about the extension because it helped me with the problem in which Firefox reported missing quicktime plugin (even though it's actually installed) and this extension allowed me to have quicktime showing in FF
But why the extension does not help here?
Or it's something wrong with my case?
Please advice if it's me only who have weird looking media player or all of u

it did works and slove my problem perfectly
This worked when all else seemed to fail.
Didn't work for me :(
Tried to use it so I could play streaming audio file on a friends myspace profile, but the controls never show up.
So far, so good. I have Firefox 3.05, and my mission was to watch Y! news videos past the first commercial, something I hitherto have been unable to do outside of IE (even with IE Tab). This solved my problem immediately. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that I have not yet gone anywhere ELSE than Y! to try it out, only having installed it within the past 15 minutes. If you're looking to view Y! News (WMV) live, this works great.
This is not compatible with some discuz forum, leading to FRIEFOX3.05 not open, open will collapse
Seems to stop the new "Video chat on GMail" from working
I have discovered that MediaWrap blocks certain Flash applets from displaying, such as in Ebay store pages. I have had to remove MediaWrap from FF.
Would be nice if next Version works also with Adobe Flash Player 10. Flash applications cannot load with Flash Player v10 in YUI Applications. For now this add-on only works in adobe flash player 8.0+ and 9.0+
This extension is great! It has fixed all my problems that I had with viewing videos on Yahoo News and Launchcast! I've tried to fix them for years, and now I've finally found a solution that works beautifully!
Ok, this might seem harsh but it did indeed solve my media problems.
After installing mediawrap it decided to replace my toolbar with the yahoo toolbar and it was not placed clearly on the page that it would add another plugin.
If they change this problem I would be glad to change my rating, but I hate having anything installed that changes anything that I have setup.
