An awesome addon! Does exactly what I needed it to do and nothing extra!

It does what it says but it has one serious design flaw, there is no quick way of disabling it, when i first installed it i had 26 tabs open already so understandably it wont let me open any more tabs so i thought i will suspend tabs using tab grenade but first i had to move it to the tool bar using customization panel but it wont let me open the customization panel because it opens in a new tab, so i thought i will disable it by going in the manage add-ons section but it wont let me open that either because of 10 tab rule finally i had to close all my tabs, so please dev fix this such that firefox system tabs are not stopped from opening and make a disable option in the right click menu of the toolbar icon

I never paid attention to it much until today (although it does its job pretty well), but since the redesign it's been looking pretty slick. Keep it up!
Very Good - Improvement Suggestions Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Since it has just been updated and improved, I thought I'd write a new review.
I like the changes made in the last update. Things I would still like to see:
- I know I'm in the minority but quite a lot of the time I end up running with about 150 tabs when researching, using this addon to prevent me balooning over 200. As such the Max Tabs icon will likely rarely not show '99+' for me. Why not allow it to go to '999+'?
- This does not bother me particularly, but I'm sure lots of people would like this addon to limit the number of windows open too.
- Some people are actually more worried about resources, or like flexibility to move tabs between windows without hitting a window of tabs-per-window limit. For them, a 'total number of tabs across all windows' option would be useful.
Thanks for developing this addon! :)
Не работает так как ожидалось. Rated 1 out of 5 stars
Очень плохо. Установил и вкладки перестали открываться, так как использую группы вкладок и в общем у меня их около 40 штук во всех группах. Думаю надо поправить это. И чтобы закрепленные вкладки не шли в учет.This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.2.1-signed).
Sea of tabs is gone Rated 5 out of 5 stars
Very useful. Limiting the number of tabs really help, especially I unconsciously open tons of tabs often. But I would like to disable the notification is possible. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.2.1-signed).
Amazingly practical Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I LOVE YOU THIS IS AMAZING
I always get perpetually lost in an endless sea of tabs, ever growing, and I feel the need to read every single one of them (especially on Wikipedia etc). Thank you so much for designing this software

Great add-on for limiting the amount of opens tabs. I would like to suggest adding an option where instead of it blocking opening of a new tab, it would close the first opened tab (or the first tab in the window). This way, I could keep opening new tabs and old tabs will automatically close. This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.2.1-signed).

extension toute simple mais elle me permet de bloquer le nombre d'onglets parce que j'ai tendance a les laisser s'accumuler...extension pratique, simple et légère doncThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.2.1-signed).

I've installed this add-on on most of my machines now, and it's great. I discovered on one machine I had more than 1400tabs. Which if I may say myself is a little bit excessive.
I have a little bit of an issue though. The extension should not prevent you from opening firefox special tabs, as for example the Add-ons manager, where the preferences for this extension are accessed.

Review & Improvement Suggestion Rated 4 out of 5 stars
This add-on is for people, who use a lot of tabs, more than they can handle at least. So it´s a very good approach, to limit yourself, and to have an overview about how fast and how many tabs you are opening in a single firefox-session.
I often come up against about 100 open tabs (useful or not), but that consumes a lot of system resources, slowing down my (older) computer. Using this add-on protects me at least from opening too many tabs in one single window. And that is a big progress!
This add-on works fine, but there are two suggestions for improvement:
When the limit is reached, a too tiny, too grey window scrolls in at the bottom, that can be easily OVERLOOKED! I often start many tabs from one website, but after some clicks I realize too late, that the limit was reached long before. So I don´t know what tabs where opened, and what tabs where cancelled from opening. My overview and scheme is lost. It would be very useful, if the limit-window would be a popup-window with a button to confirm, so that it can never be overlooked (maybe as an option).
The second suggestion concerns the number of open firefox-windows: as a real tab-junkie, you usually can´t be hold back that easy, so if the limit is reached, you open another firefox-window, and the game starts from the beginning. After 10 open windows with each 10 tabs, the machine usually also slows down and reminds you that way of your bad habit. It would be very useful, it you could also limit the number of firefox-windows, or simply the SUM of all tabs (amount of all tabs in all windows together).
If you can add these two options, this "anti-tab-junkie" or "voluntary-self-control" add-on would be more "soft" for cure beginners. Thank´s a lot!!
Thanks for the review and suggestions! Really good point on the number of windows and sum of all tabs. I'll definitely put them into consideration and implement a solution in the next version.
