Very arrogant support staff, i have had 5 years maybe longer a majestic package, i have changed to another country other bank other paypal and they change things and i can't pay with paypal unless i have i credit card, which i not have, no solution, yes only solution expensive package, customer for 5 years, 20 mails, 2 days waiting, vert arrogant company, my work is for a part based on majestic, so only rich people with credit card can have majestic and a customer for 5 years is garbage for themThis review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.5.1-signed).
We are sorry to have upset this user, but this is not the norm.
Of course, we are sorry this user has given us one star, although it is no refection on the Add-on itself or the quality of the support we gave to this user. We do feel we did our best to give support for this user and would be happy to share the support ticket with Mozilla users.
The support ticket that seems to have caused the problem arrived at Wednesday June 4th at 7:55 AM our time.
We respond on the same day at 8:55 AM. This was the only support ticket we have ever received from this email address, so we were not able to see the 5 years frustration that this user has alluded to.
We are unable to influence Paypal's systems, so could not directly help this customer.
In general we believe our support is very good but we have not been able to appease this user, unfortunately.
