Slow conversion in a 3rd party site, TERRIBLE quality of 59 to 60kbps. I read all your replies regarding improvements. That makes me shiver only thinking how it was before... This may work for common people who can incredibly appreciate music even in such horrible quality. I settle for downloading the flv and then converting to mp3 myself, or searching/waiting for another video to mp3 converter without ads and offering a decent quality.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.4.1-signed).

Thank you for your Feedback

Hey Lomedin,
Thank you for taking the time to review our addon.
How long did the conversion take to complete? it should only take about 20-60seconds depending on how long the video you're wanting to rip/download (we have to download the video to our server first before converting and serving the mp3 to you).
Regarding the quality...we currently dont have the server power to run higher quality conversions (if you read up on FFMPEG, you'll see that its a very CPU intensive app). If we were to switch to a higher bitrate/quality for conversions, it would slow down the server which would slow down our site and that wouldn't be fair for our other users who want to use the MP3 Search function of our website. We are however planning on expanding/upgrading our servers to support 128kbps. Please check back with us at some later point in time.

If you don't mind, could you please email us the youtube video link (or one of them if you tried more than one video) that you were trying to convert before writing this review.
