Long Titles 1.3 Requires Restart

Due to Mozilla bug 45375 and Firefox bug 218223, long tooltips are broken with "...". This is especially annoying if these tooltips contain useful or important informations. Long Titles shows non-cropped tooltips for the title...

Due to Mozilla bug 45375 and Firefox bug 218223, long tooltips are broken with "...". This is especially annoying if these tooltips contain useful or important informations. Long Titles shows non-cropped tooltips for the title attributes.
Note: both bugs are fixed in Firefox 3.0alpha4 and SeaMonkey 1.1beta. Long Titles isn't required anymore on those platforms. To prevent tooltips from disappearing, use No Tooltip Timeout instead.
