Edit: Yes, Firefox Sync syncs the toggled state of the extension. Perhaps make a switch in the extension so that I can enable the updater only in LibreWolf... that doesn't sync between browsers, of course
Edit 2: Sorry, didn't remember that I could do it
Developer responseposted 6 months agoMatter of fact i already do check wherever the user is running LibreWolf for people who install this in a non-LibreWolf browser and then prompt them to download LibreWolf. Haven't really considered syncing between LibreWolf and non-LibreWolf, maybe disable the extensions in FF, dunno if Mozilla syncs the enabled state of addons?
On a second thought, you can untick the on start and hourly check in FF which effectively disables the addon and is definitely not getting synced.
- Rated 5 out of 5by Snuupy, a year agoHi, there's a bug where updates aren't shown. This happens when you're on release v100.0.1-1 for example and it doesn't show an update for v100.0.2-1. I looked for a way to reach out but didn't see any way to contact you so I'm posting this here.
Edit: Sounds great - thanks!
Developer responseposted a year agoI've seen this myself when Librewolf published then unpublished a version (i think it was Release v99.0.4 instead of Release v99.0.1-4) which caused the API to return the second last version as the latest, which is something i hadn't considered yet. I will look into it over the weekend and push an update later on.
Edit: Fixed in v0.0.9
